juan

Juan, one of the noisiest (and friendliest and dumbest) cats known to man or beast went missing. Yes, he had a tag AND he was chipped. We assume the worst. We miss him--even if none of the other cats do . Party on, Juan.

crash

After Take Back The Night (we left early), the Fab Times crashed an after-party at Insell House for our local NPR station, which cancelled World Cafe and, yes, we're still aggrieved about that. On the other hand, we admit the new classical show, Performance Today, is much much much better than any other classical show on the local NPR. Why couldn't we have both? Why not cancel one of the 748 other classical shows?

creepy doll

This creepy doll was hanging from the Insell House chandalier. It was jammed in our peripheral vision all night.
